Corporate Policy on Quality Control
We are firmly committed to the Quality Control (QC) process in compilance with internal company policies, FTS standards and client requirements. We accept full responsibility for the quality of the products we use and the service of our staff. No service is considered complete until its quality and conformance to client specifications are guaranteed.
The project will be managed under the FTS Total Quality Management System, which was established in accordance with industry standards. The fundamental principle of the quality control system is that all staff services and cleaning activities are performed in a planned and controlled manner in line with current client's policies, specifications, standards, accepted practices, and procedures, according to the site specifications. The results of quality-related activities are monitored and verified. The Quality Control/Assurance process applies to both the product used and the timeliness and manner in which the service performed is delivered to the client.
The QC Plan is implemented and managed by a Quality Auditor. Each location has a QC manager for its work, who in turn provides reports to the QC Auditor. QC of the cleaning procedures, chemicals used and frequency of locations within the building by cleaning staff will be an ongoing process. This is supplemented by Quality Audits, which will be conducted prior to milestone delivery dates to demonstrate that the plan is implemented, monitored and ensure that any issues are addressed. When non-compliances, or conditions leading to non-compliance, are detected, the QC Manager or Quality Auditor will initiate corrective action and the process will be documented.
