Projects › Lockhart Phase 2
Post-construction cleaning in Innisfil.
Trusted by property managers and building owners across the GTA
Post-construction cleaning for Mattamy Homes at Vicinity in Innisfil. 140 homes cleaned for handover, phase by phase. Final cleans for new homes, condos and commercial units, ready for handover. Trusted by builders and developers. At Lockhart Phase 2 that means rough clean while trades are still on site, final clean before handover, touch-up after the walk-through.
Every month we walk the building with a checklist, fix what falls short with the crew, and recheck it at the next visit. The same crew comes back each time, so they know Lockhart Phase 2: which doors stick, which corners collect dust, what the property manager watches for.
"Great cleans, very good at scheduling, very professional. It's been a pleasure working with them." — Dave MacKay, on Google.
Before: unit #2111 PDI walkthrough, dust and debris check ahead of our clean.
After: unit #2111 once our crew finished.
These are the standards that matter for a building like this one. Nothing is claimed here that we do not do on every visit.
Every month, the building is walked with a checklist and the misses are fixed with the crew before the next visit.
The same crew returns each time, so nothing has to be explained twice.
On site from the first walk-through to the quality check; Mattamy Homes deals with a person, not a call centre.
Part of the regular visit, not an extra line on the invoice.
Scope, what is included, real jobs and the questions people ask are on the Post-construction cleaning service page.
